Rachel Johnson 

(50 Free, 100 Free)  Rachel is a newcomer to competitive swimming.  She is a 2006 graduate of Pine Valley High School where she excelled at both basketball and soccer.  In her freshman year at JCC she decided to take her competitive ways to the swimming pool and has done extremely well.  As of mid January she is very close to qualifying for the NJCAA Championships in the:

100 Free with a time of 1:14.61.  Qualifying time is 1:12.66. 

Coach Giambruno has every confidence that with Rachel's very strong competitive spirit and dedication to hard work she'll get to the championships.
