& 22nd is the
JAVA
Volleyball Spikefest Tournament
and we are having
60
volleyball teams coming to Jamestown from
Pittsburgh, Rochester, Buffalo, Finger
Lakes, Horse Heads areas, and possibly from
Canada this year. Last year we had 40 Teams
participating.
There will be 5 different sites for the
tournament. Sites will be at Jamestown
Savings Bank Ice Arena (8 volleyball
courts), Jamestown High School (2 volleyball
courts), Jefferson Middle School (3
volleyball courts), Southwestern Middle and
Elementary School (1 volleyball court in
each building). Finals will be in the Ice
Arena. We will have a total of 15 courts
with 60 Teams participating.
We are looking for Sponsors for each of the
15 courts
in the amount of
$750.00 each
(Increments between $150.00-$750.00). We are
also looking at having each of the six JAVA
Volleyball Teams sponsored as well, with
Tournament Team of $450.00 for each Team.
We are looking for
VOLUNTEERS
to help set up Thursday and Friday (March 19th-20th)
and take down Sunday afternoon (March 22nd)
after the Tournament.
