In a pair of instant classics the Minor and Major League
Championships were decided in SWAS baseball for 2009.
The Royals prevailed over a game Yankee team in extra
innings 4-3 at Burtis Bay Park, and also in extra
innings the Mets overcame the upstart by the same score
of 4-3. Congratulations to the champs and all the
teams.
